NURTURE

A Unique Yoga-Based

Wholesome & Fun Family Retreat

May 22-25, 2025, @Sholayoor, Near Coimbatore

What is Nurture

Nurture is a unique retreat for the entire family with the purpose of nourishing ourselves, gain insights from indic wisdom, and bring deeper clarity in the experience of parenthood.

Why Nurture?

Parenting is Beautiful, but sometimes, it feels overwhelming with its emotional ups and downs. Typical challenges may include communication gaps, addiction to gadgets, influence of social media, work-life balance struggles, academic and peer pressures etc. While vacations and dining together can help, unresolved patterns often create tension and helplessness.

Nurture is designed to nourish family relationships holistically. Through yoga practice, contemplative dialogues, and shared activities, families explore emotions and behaviors in a supportive environment. It helps foster deeper connections between parents and children. Nurture creates a multi-age community setting where participants can share experiences and learn from one another.
