Vishoka (written in diacritics as viśoka, and in devanagari as विशोक) is a a word found in Yoga Sutra, Bhagavad Gita and many Upanishads. It means “without suffering”. The Yoga Sutra suggests that one can live without suffering by finding the guiding light within, that is ever free of sorrow.
