Chanting
Anchor the mind to sound to bring calmness
Chanting has been an integral part of all cultures and religions in some form or another. In yoga philosophy, chanting is one way of overcoming our inner obstacles. Sound is an effective tool to shift a restless, dull, confused or distracted mind towards calmness, clarity and focus.
At Vishoka, we offer different ways of engaging with chanting based on what works for you. Do explore the possibilities below and consider starting your journey with chanting today!
