A 4-day year-End Yoga Retreat

As the year winds down, we invite you to spend a few days contemplating on the ups and downs, and get ready to step into the new year - along with a good dose of yoga, rest and wholesome food.

Arrive by 9am on 4th, or 3rd evening. Leave on 7th afternoon after 2pm
Venue: Navadarshanam
Navadarshanam, near Bangalore, is a community located on the edge of a reserve forest exploring alternatives to unsustainable ways of living and thinking, with the goal of seeking ecological balance and spiritual harmony, since 1990. It is a shining example of a holistic way of life, sensitized to “Outer and Inner Ecology,” and mindfulness in daily living.
It is a perfect location to slow down, release stress, build deeper self-awareness, quieten the mind, and learn ways to improve your life experience in tune with the rhythms of your breath, body and nature. Our well-designed retreat program aids this process.
