An Introduction to Yoga Psychology

Yoga is not just postures, breath regulation or meditation. The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali describes the way the human body-mind system works and the way to relieve anxiety and stress. It offers a wonderfully robust theoretical and fascinatingly pragmatic framework to understand our body, breath, mind, emotions, and interactions with the world

Understanding Ourself: An introduction to Yoga Psychology is a 12 week program that delves into each chapter of Yoga Sutra and and bring this wisdom (theory and practice) into our every day living for a better life experience.

Starting July 6th 2025, we will meet to delve into Chapter 1 - Samadhi Pada. It is a very fascinating and practical chapter and a good entry point for those wanting to study this text and get an introduction to psychology from the Indic lens.

Starting July 6th, 12 Sundays, 7pm - 9pm IST
