Yoga Shakti is a foundational 30 week program in which we discover the answers to these questions based on the wisdom of yoga as a practice and philosophy, through contemporary pedagogy.
Through a mixed mode of weekly online sessions and two 5-day residential retreats, we delve into the theory and practice of yoga. At the end of 30 weeks participants will have a diverse set of tools to choose from, and clarity and self reliance for self-care based on the Indic wisdom of yoga.
