🌟 Group Yoga Classes: Your Path to Holistic Well-being! 🌟
Regular online group yoga classes, twice a week, in the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar, based on conscious movements coordinated with breathing, designed to uplift and sustain your well-being.
These sessions are designed to promote physical, physiological, and mental well-being. Each month’s practice unfolds with a theme (hip mobility, lower abdominal strength etc.) and explore it at the physical, physiological and emotional layers, through bringing the breath-movement-mind together.

want to integrate yoga seamlessly into their routine
want to practice from the comfort of your home
have a basic level of physical and emotional well-being and are wanting to sustain and improve it.

Each session consists of guided asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditative practices in the tradition of T.Krishanamacarya and Desikachar.
The classes will be lead by experienced teachers (5 to 10+ years of experience).

As you stay with a regular practice
First and foremost, you will build a healthy habit. You just have to show up for class and follow the teacher’s instructions.
You will improve mobility, flexibility, strength, and energy levels.
You will develop a sense of well-being independent of life’s changes.
Be able to calm your mind and live life with greater clarity and ease
Become more aware of your body, breath and mind - befriending them or let us say befriending yourself.

We currently have two group classes ONLINE on Zoom.
Every Monday and Thursday morning 7am - 8 am IST
Every Monday and Friday Morning 8:30-9:30am IST
