Bringing healing into Family Systems

Ancestral Healing is a blend of psycho-therapeutic process, and energy work. This process is facilitated by Usha (of Sacred Paths), as developed by her, synthesising ideas from energy dynamics and family constellation therapy, pioneered by Dr. Bert Hellinger.

It is a powerful energy healing modality that specifically addresses ancestral karmic baggage and inter-generational trauma, aiming to identify and dissolve the obstruction in the flow of love and life in family systems. This process deals with the impact of energy transfer down the generations of the family and restores balance in the life of the affected member of the family who is currently facing the impact of such a transfer in a manner that limits the quality of life.

  • The ancestral healing sessions at Vishoka are beneficial for anyone who is experiencing

    • Stuckness, helplessness, or inability to move ahead or make decisions in some area of life (relationships, career, finances, etc.)

    • want to resolve the karmic entanglement that you are carrying from previous generations such as unexpected deaths, exclusions, property disputes, miscarriages, adoptions, migrations, family secrets, socio-political or public involvement, etc.

    • experiencing repetitive patterns of trauma in areas of health, relationships, wealth, career etc.

    • looking for closure to unexplained tragic events occurring in the family

  • At Vishoka, we offer many of our services online. However the healing services are strictly offered only in person.

    This is a group process and requires everyone to be present in person for the entire duration of the 3 days.

  • During the program, the facilitator will have a personal interview with the person who has signed up for a healing slot to identify a theme for the session. The facilitator will then set up a system of family constellation for each person involving other participants in the group. The facilitator will then guide the process of identifying and resolving the intergenerational cause of the identified problem in the client's life.

  • Immediately after a healing session, clients often report feel light, energized, expanded, restful, not wanting to open their eyes etc.

    In the days to come, as the healing integrates further, clients report changes in not only the identified theme/problem area, but also unexpected (positive) changes in many everyday events, interactions, and decision making processes.

    The process of healing is not a linear causal process, but like seeing life anew and with it comes a new excitement or way of being. So the more observant you are, the more aware you will be of even the subtle changes that are emerging.
